Johnson Healthcare Real Estate was recently selected by the United States Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) to develop four new clinics in Lincoln, Nebraska; Ann Arbor, Michigan; and Gainesville, Florida. These facilities will serve the needs of nearly 100,000 veterans.

The recent awards, expected to be completed by 2021, will bring Johnson’s involvement in VA facilities with a value of more than $240 million. These projects include:

The clinic will also include a telehealth service.
  • A 45,000 SF outpatient clinic in Ann Arbor, Michigan, which will feature primary care, prosthetics, pharmacy, laboratory, radiology, pathology, physical therapy, mental health, and rehabilitation services.

A veteran-owned company, Johnson has been involved in the planning, financing, and managing of clinics for the VA since 2014, completing four projects for the VA in Huntsville, Alabama; Ft. “As a veteran, I am especially proud that our firm can support the needs of these men and women who have served our country,” said James Milton Johnson, Chairman of Johnson.
