Johnson Development is proud to be a Preferred Developer for Ascension Health./Working with the leadership team from Providence and physician-owners, Johnson Development and the design team created a new 60,000 square foot multi-specialty facility that more than double the current physical therapy activities in the region. The facility also offers convenient access for outpatient imaging and diagnostics as well as allowing for the continued growth of physicians’ practices in the building. The close proximity of the pharmacy allows for ease of access and convenience to patients. During development and construction, Johnson Development worked closely with designers and local authorities to overcome permitting issues with the City as well as substantial underground water issues. The project was completed on-schedule and without exceeding budget.
